How is the Road to 326 polling average calculated?

The headline average gives equal weight to the seven most recently published Great Britain general-election voting-intention polls. Missing values are excluded only from the affected party's calculation.

How are UK polls turned into a seat projection?

We compare each party's seven-poll average with its 2024 national result, then apply that change to every Great Britain constituency. Northern Ireland's 18 seats stay at their 2024 result.
